Oxford-based author, Ali Shaw, will be joining Abingdon Writers for an evening talking about his journey to getting his second novel, 'The Man Who Rained', published. His debut novel, ‘The Girl with Glass Feet’, won the Desmond Elliot Prize and was shortlisted for the Costa First Book Award and Guardian First Book Award.
Some members of Abingdon Writers will also be talking about their writing experiences and some of their recent publishing successes.
